A deeper understanding of what happens with people in the process of psychotherapy, how to be close to them at this moment, how to tune in to the right wave, feel a person in their situation, support them and overcome difficulties with together, how to understand the main thing, to change a life. Place of work: From 1997 to 2001, I worked as a medical psychologist at the Center for pediatric dermatology and started psychological practice at the same time. In 1998, I defended my PhD thesis in one of the specialized institutes of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, which was consecrated to substantiation psychodiagnostic methods usage in public health research. PhD in biology. Since 2005, I have been the founder and CEO of a consulting company named "Formula upravleniya" ("Formula of management") System Consulting Center. I work as a coach and as a business coach. I also teach at the Russian School of Management, at the IPPP (Marketing for psychologists), at Institute of Social Studies and Humanities, and am an associate professor at Moscow State Academy of Business Administration where I teach my exclusive course "Psychotechnologies in HR management".
