Participants of the seminar get familiarized with the expressive movement as the basis of Creative dance. The training is aimed at developing movement awareness both personal and when interacting with other participants.
 
  • What movements are typical for each of us? How can we discover new motor possibilities?
  • What is the relation between the internal corporal connections and expressive functions?
  • How does the expansion of our emotional and expressive spectrum affect motor qualities?
  • How to teach the body being more perceptive and sincere? And how to make the movements more expressed and exact?
  • What qualities do you value? How to let them into the body and reveal them in dancing?
  • How do we position ourselves in time and space?
  • What impact do internal changes have on our perception of the world and how the world around us perceives us?
